Four riders from the Treboth Group took part in the “Countryside Challenge”, which is an obstacle course they must ride there around.
All four rode well with 2 second places and one 4th places. Those with 2nd in place were Steffan, who had three helpers, and Amy Jane, who only had a leader. Both of them now have qualified for the R.D.A. National Championships in Hartpury, Gloucestershire in July.
Well done to all those who entered and thanks to all those who helped at the event.
Congratulations to Mary who has been awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List. Mary started as a helper in 1980 and took over the group in 1981 when the group moved to it’s present home in Treborth. She has also been a County Instructor for North West Wales since 1989.
Well done Mary.

In the Introduction to Dressage competition Lee came second in the senior section and Gwen won in the junior section.
We also had success in the Arts and Crafts section with Iolo and Huw from Ysgol Pendalar and also Gwen getting third places.
Well done to all and thank you for the support from the families and to Joan and Meleri who travelled down to Hartpury to help.
A team of helpers and friends took part in the the Great Straits Raft Run on May 29th. The weather was rather rough which meet the start was delayed. Despite this, the team did manage to complete the trip to Menai Bridge without needing a tow.
We’ve managed to raise over £400 in sponsorship. Well done and thanks to all concerned.
